Mon, 5 Nov 2012 12:46:58 EST Wow! There IS muscle under there! I have been working on some strength training. Legs, arms, shoulders. Two weeks. I just woke up and touched my leg. That was a firmer, stronger leg than I have felt in years. WOW! It's working!!!! I have muscle under all those layers of doughnuts. I have woke up with a new feeling.
