Thu, 17 Jan 2013 12:35:23 EST To much salt problem I never noticed this before until just last night which is making me think my taste buds are changing with this whole diet thing. I realized the certain foods are tasting more salty now then before. Certain foods like some cheese, and pepperoni. And I'm like wth I use to love this but they taste like salt before. But it may be that I'm forcing myself to eat certain things like veggies without anything extra added to it. Don't get me wrong here I love peas and brussel sprouts and certain corns... Between sending one kid off to school, dealing with one that cranky figuring how bills will get paid and trying to get rid of stuff that we don't need anymore but can still be used. <BR> <BR> So far my only realization is the more pointless the item the better it will sell. Both let me track exercise and calories in return I get mpoints to use for gift cards. The more points the better the gift card which is great to get. <BR> <BR> Love it. Been using both apps to get gift cards for amazon and iTunes so I can get music and apps for my kids which is great because my oldest loves using the kindle fire. I love seeing him happy. If I don't have a chance to get to a gym, get out to run or walk then what? Whatever is out of the norm for me? And what is considered heavy cleaning? Just under 40 degrees out and I just walked an hour in half in the weather because we don't have a car and I didn't feel like waiting for the bus. Drink a cup of water take two bites of whatever food and I'm stuffed like a thanksgiving dinner. By the time it's 5 pm I'm starving like there's no tomorrow. Even if I force myself to eat from the time I wake up its the same by 5 pm. There's no tomorrow and I want to shove my face into anything. I am going to try to incorporate chocolate into my diet so I can still get chocolate but not over indulge in it. Like my husband will say, my day isn't over till I eat chocolate. Went just under 2000 calories more then recommended but I guess walking all over a huge mall makes up for the difference. Got to do my bday early and I can finally get back on track for the new year. Mon, 31 Dec 2012 10:03:18 EST Fiber choice?!?!?! Does fiber choice really help with weight management? I know it increases fiber and people tell me the fiber makes you have to go more but other then that I don't really know to much about either one. I just know that I'm usually under my fiber intake by 10 - 15 each day. And the difference in different fiber choice bottles outside the flavor is beyond me. I mean to me its all the same thing in the same bottles with different flavors to them. Fri, 28 Dec 2012 13:39:02 EST New day new plan Last night I was thinking that I'm doing a horrible job with my calorie intake and having that hungry feeling all day. So I'm trying out a new plan that consists of planing my days meals the night before and sticking to that. So far its working if I keep up how much water I drink through out the day. So far I'm just a little disappointed that I can't have as much chocolate as I use but I guess it's a bad habit that has to be broken. Better sooner then later right? Just shy of a week I went down to 192.8 which was yesterday morning. This morning I checked my weight again and I was 191.4. Both times on an empty stomach.
