So I decided to go to bed early but boy was it a long night. Threw u once and kept waking up through out the night. Never the less, I woke at 8 something this morning to take care of my kids only to have that same upset stomach. So now I have two hungry crying kids while in in the bathroom not wanting to leave my spot for that constant feeling that won't go away. After the bathroom issue is don... Sat, 2 Feb 2013 13:31:36 EST I want to quit but I came to far http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5227700 Ok I didn't go to far 7 pounds isn't a lot. But I wanna give up after gaining 3 pounds seemingly over night that won't go away. Gggggrrrrr.......okay So my plan isn't working out to well which bites. So I'm taking a cheat day, today for a break kinda as a chill pill from all this cause I think I'm stressing myself about losing wieght. Then get back on track tomarrow and hopefully with less doubts in my head and not wanting to give up. Mon, 28 Jan 2013 20:05:19 EST One month later.... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5211522 Okay so it's been about a month now, and I only lost about 6 pounds. That may not be the max of 8 pounds that I would have liked to lose 6 is still pretty good considering its been a rough start and I'm still proud of myself. 515

Although I'm not really talking to anybody as far as this diet goes, I'm kinda glad I'm not. When I think about it, the person I had makes me feel less motivated making it more likely for me to give up sooner because the other person wasn't al... Thu, 17 Jan 2013 12:35:23 EST To much salt problem http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5202379 I never noticed this before until just last night which is making me think my taste buds are changing with this whole diet thing. I realized the certain foods are tasting more salty now then before. Certain foods like some cheese, and pepperoni. And I'm like wth I use to love this but they taste like salt before. But it may be that I'm forcing myself to eat certain things like veggies without anything extra added to it. Don't get me wrong here I love peas and brussel sprouts and certain corns... Fri, 11 Jan 2013 15:37:47 EST What a week http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5201920 It's been to long of a week. Between sending one kid off to school, dealing with one that cranky figuring how bills will get paid and trying to get rid of stuff that we don't need anymore but can still be used.

So far my only realization is the more pointless the item the better it will sell. Concept being people like wasting money. I guess it's all good cause times r hard to say no to that. It's only frustrating when you can't get rid of things like baby clothes. Be great right t... Fri, 11 Jan 2013 10:15:51 EST A little extra motivation http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5197338 I've been using Nexcercise and myplate from live strong as a little extra push for this diet. Both let me track exercise and calories in return I get mpoints to use for gift cards. The more points the better the gift card which is great to get.

Love it. Been using both apps to get gift cards for amazon and iTunes so I can get music and apps for my kids which is great because my oldest loves using the kindle fire. I love seeing him happy. Makes using those two apps worth while. Tue, 8 Jan 2013 17:16:02 EST What is considered excerise? http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5191476 I wonder to much "what is considered exercise?" If I don't have a chance to get to a gym, get out to run or walk then what? Whatever is out of the norm for me? And what is considered heavy cleaning? Whatever cleaning that has you on your feet constantly moving......and why wouldn't sex be on the list of exercises when sparkpeople compares it to walking? I mean its not like your just sitting on the couch watching a movie at 5 in the morning and its not like its an everyday thing for some peop... Sat, 5 Jan 2013 11:47:11 EST It's cold and no vehicle http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5189944 It's cold. Just under 40 degrees out and I just walked an hour in half in the weather because we don't have a car and I didn't feel like waiting for the bus. I guess me being impatient and my husband having to go to work deadline worked out perfectly for my exercising that I need and leaving me weekend free of some relaxing from a long busy week. Fri, 4 Jan 2013 11:52:39 EST Two bites and done http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5188186 The past week it's been so off. It's i don't want to eat all morning by lunch I make myself eat. Drink a cup of water take two bites of whatever food and I'm stuffed like a thanksgiving dinner. By the time it's 5 pm I'm starving like there's no tomorrow. Even if I force myself to eat from the time I wake up its the same by 5 pm. There's no tomorrow and I want to shove my face into anything. Ugh Thu, 3 Jan 2013 12:47:21 EST Chocolate lover http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5183926 Unfortunately I have to admit I am a chocolate addict and it is driving me nuts with the thought of abandoning it. I am going to try to incorporate chocolate into my diet so I can still get chocolate but not over indulge in it. Like my husband will say, my day isn't over till I eat chocolate. And today is day one of a lot.

Trying to remember baby step so I don't give up after 2 rough weeks. Tue, 1 Jan 2013 13:16:22 EST At least it was fun http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5181949 Yesterday was just as long and short at the same time. Didnt have to wait long for my husband to get home, always happy to see him. Went just under 2000 calories more then recommended but I guess walking all over a huge mall makes up for the difference. Got to do my bday early and I can finally get back on track for the new year. And to top it off ended up at Walmart to get things we needed. Walking up and down the toy aisle to get my kid 1 new toy was most amusing. He tried climbing on a ska... Mon, 31 Dec 2012 10:03:18 EST Fiber choice?!?!?! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5181181 Does fiber choice really help with weight management? I know it increases fiber and people tell me the fiber makes you have to go more but other then that I don't really know to much about either one. I just know that I'm usually under my fiber intake by 10 - 15 each day. And the difference in different fiber choice bottles outside the flavor is beyond me. I mean to me its all the same thing in the same bottles with different flavors to them. Sun, 30 Dec 2012 17:48:42 EST New year's resolution http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5179790 revising my plan for diet for new year's . get fiber choice to increase my fiber intake considering it normally is 10 or lower each day . start eating things I'm willing to admit to then focus on calories. exercise more instead of pulling off a couple minutes here and there each day, just seems lazy doing a couple minutes here and there . Sat, 29 Dec 2012 11:53:02 EST 1 week and don't know much about starvation mode http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5179779 1 week later and 2 pounds and slightly confessed . I was trying to look up to see how long it takes the body to go into starvation mode only to find that it can be anywhere from a few hours to a few days . still unsure how long . then I was looking to see what I would have to do to avoid starvation mode still clueless but from what I read and my understanding is to keep some food in the stomach at all times as in eating every 3-4 hours to avoid this . this was just the main thing being said i... Sat, 29 Dec 2012 11:43:06 EST calorie intake http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5178851 I've been noticing a problem since I started my diet . either I put it in the back of my mind and I go over my recommended calories or I'm way to focused and I go maybe 200 under 100 calories a day . I still have no clue where my balance is or how to meet the recommendation of calorie intake and meet other mutating intake . Fri, 28 Dec 2012 13:39:02 EST New day new plan http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5177639 Last night I was thinking that I'm doing a horrible job with my calorie intake and having that hungry feeling all day. So I'm trying out a new plan that consists of planing my days meals the night before and sticking to that. So far its working if I keep up how much water I drink through out the day. So far I'm just a little disappointed that I can't have as much chocolate as I use but I guess it's a bad habit that has to be broken. Better sooner then later right? Thu, 27 Dec 2012 11:45:09 EST advice anyone http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5177025 so my birthday is coming up soon and as an early birthday present my dad is taking me out to eat to red robins . normally I get the chicken teriyaki there . just love how it tastes . so anyway my problem is I don't want to eat all the calories in one sitting so I'm thinking to get that have half then and tale the rest home with me . but I'm not sure if that would be best to do or just go to a subway instead . Wed, 26 Dec 2012 19:59:57 EST Really? Salt? http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5176491 I think my biggest problem is salt. But I have no clue on how to reduce my salt intake when its in just about everything. Most days I'm taking 2000 or more of it. Am I the only one that find this frustrating? Wed, 26 Dec 2012 09:51:27 EST Merry Christmas everyone http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5176005 Okay so I ate once today all day around 1. Falling 300 under 1000 calorie intake. I'm thinking its okay because I over done it yesterday and made to just over 2000 calories. Hoping I get back on track tomorrow with a good start but wondering if I put everything in today right. Tue, 25 Dec 2012 18:10:35 EST Good day, good mood http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5175387 Idk what it is about today but today feels like I have more self control and motivation then I did all week. I still wish I had other people to talk to that are also on a diet as well. But I guess until then I will have to settle with a supportive husband and two kids that I'm doing it for. Mon, 24 Dec 2012 19:22:29 EST Just a little confused http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5175020 Okay so I started about a week ago starting at 195 pounds. This was maybe half way through the day. Just shy of a week I went down to 192.8 which was yesterday morning. This morning I checked my weight again and I was 191.4. Both times on an empty stomach. This was after I went on a binge yesterday but only went about 300 over recommended calorie intake. I guess I'm confused on how I lost 1.4 pounds over night. Mon, 24 Dec 2012 09:18:31 EST
