Most days my schedule changed from its normal routine & the good foods were just not there for a myriad of reasons. Having your world in balance is so critical in losing and/or maintaining weight. I went a step further and decided to take my measurements. *Drum roll please* <BR> -10lbs lighter <BR> -lost 3in on my waist <BR> -lost 2in on my hips <BR> -lost 2.5in on my arms <BR> <BR> Yes, I'm turning in to QUITE the FINE BROWN FRAME!! Watching the numbers on the scale decrease is QUITE the motivator. Shortly, after I stopped logging in and often forgot all about it. I later joined another site and did quite well; only because I did exactly what I was supposed to do... LOG IN.
