I have mostly been walking quite a bit, which is good. My house is a mess and, well, consequently so is my life. One good thing is, over the summer I broke up with my boyfriend of four years.

The relationship was not good at all, he didn't want to deal with anxiety or depression, which was out of control. I tried to inspire him, I communicated with him constantly and well, he really didn't deal with it. Now he is living back with... Wed, 21 Oct 2015 23:21:01 EST Week 1 Wednesday workout day- Yesterday - Practice sleep http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=6015511 Wednesday was workout day and that did not work out to well. I have sleep issues, and therefor did not have the focus or stamina to workout, may be due to the fact I weight 202 lbs on a 5'5 body, however I do sleep better now than when I was 213 lbs. I need to practice better sleep hygiene, I have no children so there is no excuses. Set a schedule to get into bed at midnight have an alarm clock set to 9:00 am. No eating past 9:30 pm. NO caffeine or sugar past 3:00 pm. This will be difficult, I... Thu, 15 Oct 2015 14:20:26 EST As promised. Day 10 of Tracy Anderson -30 day method http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5359452 Day 10 has come, and here as I promised the update. The bad news, lost weight at first didn't maintain the discipline food wise, gained it back. Good news, I feel stronger with a lot more stamina, I am able to do her exercises so much better and for longer. Up to 20 reps each up from only doing 10! Plus, I am back to yoga, so the sore muscle pain is less and I am much more flexible. When ever I do stretches, yoga or otherwise, my bones don't crack and my back doesn't get sore at the end other... Fri, 17 May 2013 15:15:24 EST Feeling recovered getting stamina. Refusing to beat myself up. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5351675 Yeah so on yesterdays blog I said I was going to workout THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. I was much to sore and fatigued. AND I didn't eat very well at all yesterday. I don't want to even write it down, so embarrassing although I did track it in my Fit Book and that's what matters, tracking good or bad, rain or shine.

Today with the Tracy Anderson 30 method went a lot better. I am fully recovered from my soreness, and I did all the exercises 20 reps each, up ten from just 2 days ago! I have 2... OK I have to admit it I can't do all the exercises I want to today. I have sore arms and a really sore bum. I think I will do some cardio and ab exercises.

I woke up very late today, TO late and didn't have the greatest lunch/breakfast.

I have already had some brie with whole wheat crackers a large lettuce salad with my (lowfat) natural, basil sun dried tomato dressing, that I got at the farmers market, yum. Wed, 8 May 2013 18:57:59 EST Day 1 Tracy Anderson 30 method So far, so good. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5349212 Today is of course day 249 of TA 30 day method. I did sequence day one days 1-10 and cardio sequence one. I started doing the leg workouts 20 reps each side (left right). Well, that only lasted one leg exercise, the rest were ten reps each side. I can't do so all the reps as elegantly as I want to (a big gut is in the way) , she wants you to do 40 reps each. HA! I do have confidence I will work up to that hopefully in 2 weeks or so. Then I did cardio sequence one around 20 mins.,... Tue, 7 May 2013 23:00:22 EST Tracy Anderson? 30 days?! I'm prepared, I'm ready! Who knew? I have read many an article about how working out in the morning revs up your metabolism. When you work out in the morning, you get it out of your way. All of this is very true. I don't need to worry about it later in the day, or find time to do it, and I feel all throughout the day that a weight has been lifted off my shoulders- and soon my body.

For the longest time I m... Abs I felt a little burn in fact I have felt a little burn after each circuit in my legs and so forth. After that I went for a brisk 3/4 of a mile walk. Change http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=2231693 Weight 180
So, day 5 not much change from day 4 except for the fact my thigh muscles are very sore and that's about it. I couldn't give level one my all I felt strong muscle fatigue, but I went through all the way. I didn't stop the workout or take a break I just really modified the circuits. Wed, 15 Jul 2009 16:41:56 EST Day 4 30 Day Shred. A touch of improvement. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=2229467 Weight 180.5
Not quite 180, I'm keeping it real can't wait to get myself a bouquet of roses. Anyway back to 30ds, I'm no longer in pain when I workout, the painful stiffness and soreness has gone. My legs feel shaking after the level one is done. I feel a touch of improvement meaning the endurance I have for level one has risen ever so slightly. At the end of every interval my muscles burn intensely and still I can't finish every interval, I continue to move on to the next one, of cours... Tue, 14 Jul 2009 21:16:08 EST Day 3 of 30 day shred. Patience and Whining http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=2223643 The 3 day hump I might say. I think my body is in some type of shock. My thigh muscles are still very sore, it's been four days! I'm exhausted, then I go to work and can't focus because of painful stiffness. I don't know when I will see improvement maybe next week. Patience, I will stick it out for 30 days, for now I'm whining. Has anyone felt this way after changing there diet around and incorporating a challenging workout system? After dong 30 day shred did anyone lose weight and have fanta... Sun, 12 Jul 2009 22:45:54 EST Day 2 of 30 day shred. Feeling better http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=2221655 weight 182
Gained a pound, not going to freak out. So, day 2 of 30 day shred. I had to skip yesterday because I was so sore and stiff and flat out in pain from day 1 of 30ds. Even as I worked out today I had to do a lighter version of level one, because as I was doing the workout many of my thigh muscles were still stiff and sore. I still sweated like a pig and after that I had enough energy to walk for a 1/2 mile. I personally do not want to give up on this no matter what. I just hope... Sun, 12 Jul 2009 01:34:01 EST 30 day shred. Jillian Michaels is tough. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=2219612 I did day one of 30 day shred yesterday and thought to myself "this is easy and only 20 min." I woke up this morning and I felt sore, when I got to work I was in pain. Because I work in a job where I 'm standing and have to move fast the pain worsened and I began to get distracted and frustrated, at the end of my shift I was really exhausted. I'm going to take a hot bath have a cold beer and read Allen Ginsberg poetry. Sat, 11 Jul 2009 00:22:30 EST
