I find time to do other things that will help me come back stronger the next week, like i will go for long walks, i'll ride a bike some were,or i'll just relax. I found out that after i relax on the weekends i always come back to the gym much stronger then the last week. I've been doing alot of things that deals with fitness this time around that i only have one good to relax and thats on sunday. So my time with keeping myself p... Fri, 7 Dec 2012 11:11:51 EST i'm on a quest to lose the weight http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5158397 since i was a young child i wanted to look like i was in shape. but i didn't want to do the work,i see now that it takes hard work and deadication to getting in shape.Now that i'm at this age of 52 years were i can't beat my body up in the gym like am a young man anymore. however i do get up everyday at 5:30am to get my but in the gym too work out wheather its just doing cardio or a lite strenght training.
