I've been focusing a lot more on what I've been eating this week and have been doing a better job of getting in more veggies. I've stayed within my calorie range all week. I am starting to get really frustrated as I have been working really hard. I have gone snowboarding every Sat and Sun for the last 3 weeks. I play Zumba more days then I don't. I've been eating a lot of healthier, whole foods lately. A ton more fruits and veggies then I usually eat, but I still can't seem to stay within my calorie goal.
