We are spending a whole week in Vermont. I'm going to try to eat the ETL diet. But I've already geared up for fish tacos in NYC. Haven't had fish since Mar. We will be going to apple orchards and maple sugar mills so that will be good. I will check in on the 6 in 10 challenge next Wednesday. Hopefully I will be down 1 lb.
