I'm not really pleased with the end result but my guess is this is me being critical of me - something I'll work on. I have started the 28 Day Bootcamp workout challenge to keep me accountable to ST and Cardio workouts. Wasn't as difficult as I once thought. Exercise is really exhilarating - hmmmm, who would have thought? <BR> <BR> I am a bit disappointed, my weight did not move this week.
