I came in the middle of a of a programming cycle, so I don't know exactly what we're doing/why (I should probably ask), but I'm loving it. I felt my inadvertent week off as soon as I started warming up. My legs were stiff! I ended up going to Oly class, which was nice and small (just 5 of us). I didn't know it, but apparently all our top athletes have team practice on Wednesday nights, so a TON of people were there. We all huddled around an iPad in the office to watch the WOD be announced. Wed, 13 Mar 2013 23:14:29 EST Monday Doubleheaders I think Monday doubleheaders are going to be my new thing. 6pm Olympic Lifting class, 7 pm regular class with my favorite coach (who now coaches mostly at our 2nd location that I rarely go to). <BR> <BR> In Oly class, we worked snatches with no foot movement. We did sets of triples and I worked up to 68#. Then we did snatch pulls, pausing at 1 inch off the ground, the knees, and the top. <BR> <BR> Today's WOD was a repeat of one from last year.
