But its what I call it, and its super easy and delicious. Oh and it gets even better, it won't leave you feeling all sluggish AND it includes a serving of fruit for the day. Thu, 12 Jul 2012 22:02:04 EST Bump in the Road http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4966453 So everything was going well until today, when I woke up in SEVERE back pain. So Im gonna have to take a mini break from TurboFire to let my back heal. I believe I pulled some muscles or something, but is VERY painful. I did the Fire 30 and Stretch 10 workouts. I am not gonna lie and say they were easy, because they were hard. I pushed myself to keep up, and my form failed a little. But I will not let that push me back. I know I will get better and stronger each day. I did the Basic Hip Hop Abs before this and that was so EASY compared to this workout. But I am glad I did that first, because I believe it helped me prepare for this workout series!

Is anybod... After my first year of college I got on the scale and was in a major shock. I knew I had to make a change, but I never was a big fan of working out. So that is when I told myself it only takes two weeks to make a habit. My new habit would be working out 6 days a week. I knew this would be hard, thats why I kept telling myself its ONLY two weeks. With the thought in mind, that after 2 weeks I will... Sun, 8 Jul 2012 19:09:13 EST
