Hubby passed the basket and I took one of eat like the kids and chowed down. We chatted away and passed the basket for a third cookie. I was on the last bite of the third cookie when I realized what I was doing. I got home and trakced it 450 calories! More than my dinner! Yikes and sigh. True I was basicly the same weight, however I definitly have a different body composition. A year ago I was essentially a sedentary student. Now I am back at work and much more active. Additionally I am on my feet approximately 6 hours a day. Friday was a little nuts and saturday just got worse. <BR> <BR> On friday I had a fairly normal day thought I was a little high for breakfast, but after lunch I giave up tracking. I say ish because day one only began in the evening after most of my mistakes had been made. <BR> Today I was good as far as eating i stayed right on. I may have discovered a trick for evenings as I have unfourtunately become a evening eater. It was a very ordinary day until dinner, we went to sobeys to pick it up. I got sushi and a wrap. It was difficult to count them because there were no labels so i had to make an approximation. This made me crave, Fortuanately i was craving soup. I gladly indulged myself wiht soup and a roll for breakfast. I was so good packing for my snack, I even put in some grapes! ( I never eat fruit, that was quite a step). I also triumphed at dinner. I really wanted to have perogies, but I I stuck to the original plan of spaghetti. I had my old favorite of noodles and cream of chicken soup. However when it was time to record i decided to enter our brand specifically instead of using the generic pasta in the listing. I was shocked when i saw the figures, it has 330 calories for 3/4th of a cup. To me that seems like a lot more. One small change ( which I am not yet sure about lol) was that as I was out of blueberries, my usual oatmeal concoction had strawberries in it. it was pretty good, but i missed having a little berry for ever bite. Mon, 29 Mar 2010 12:36:50 EST Slackness which ended in a major flu So I haven't been active on here for 5 days according to my ticker. I was not super careful about what I was eating, and I did not exercise. However since wednesday I have been brought low by a serious flu. I was very sick and was unable to eat for about 36 hours and I have been keeping it carefully since then. I checked the scale this morning and it said I had lost about 5 pounds from wednesday morning to friday morning. I think I am mostly rehydrated ( lots of Powerade and Gingerale) so... I tried Yoga Booty Ballet yesterday for about 10 minutes, but I gave up when it refused to load and I lost my heart rate rhythm. Then for dinner I had a foot long sub way sandwhich complete with cookies. But surprisingly it all just fit into my calorie requirements. That seems like alot of food. However when my husband came home he weighed himself and it showed he weighed 4 pounds less than he did at my Mother's on sunday.
