I retrained my brain and my body.. I hit my goal of 174, down from 274.. and I let life step in.. since then which was Nov 2012 I have been on a ruff patch.. Exercise no problem (without injury), but my mom was diagnosed with cancer, and life got really stressful.. I got all the way back up to 197.. <BR> <BR> I retrained my self to eat right again, but I reinjured my knee, so instead of working out, I am watching what I eat.. May 5th I weighed 197.2 and no... Wed, 14 May 2014 18:24:24 EST Doing Good? I have been doing good, and working out, but... I lost 6 pounds, then in two days, on Sat I jogged and walked in the woods about 8 miles, in 2 hours, then looked for mushrooms later. ate well that day, Sunday Mothers day ate a little over my norm, but not to bad, and then this a.m I put on 7 pounds since friday What the Hell??? Frustrated.. I know I did everything right, why is the scale wrong!!! Mon, 12 May 2014 18:07:48 EST Back at it!! Need to get things on track again, it felt so good yesterday!!! I ran 2 miles and what it made me feel was almost unexplainable!!! Today.. of Coarse Raining, so it will be Elliptical time, but eating is what I most need to pay attention to.. I need to commit to 5 meals a day.. 3 main dishes and two snacks, no more I can do better tomorrow.. NO MORE!! WHY!!! i worked my but off over two years on my own, no personal trainer, no special diet, just hard work and aware of what i ate... errrrr. I just want this tummy gone.. I lost 100 pounds on my own and then had a set back, and those last 20 pounds seemed soooooo far away.. I am finishing out my first month of trying to lose 15-25 pounds and I am finishing strongr, and lighter.. I was down a complete 100 pounds but put a few back on.. Does anyone know about this procedure? Wed, 10 Jul 2013 10:26:06 EST Not feeling a weight loss I am not feeling a weight loss, even a pound lighter..I know I am only into the second week of the hardest weight to lose (the last 20-30lbs), but something has got to give.. I am keeping my calories down and doing small strength training session accompinied, by low impact cardio, due to knee injury.. Made me real discouraged and angry with my loss.. I am feeling good about my rebound.. started something a little new to me strength training and 1500 calorie intake.. When my intensity of excercise grows i will change my intake, but waiting for knee to get stronger before I jump into anything crazy..
