I did 9 minutes of low impact cardio to warm up then a 10 minute bootcamp cardio, followed up with a 16 minute jump rope cardio. According to fitness tracker, that's 696 calories burnt. It was actually pretty easy to get back into the swing of it and I am surprised I burnt that much in such a short workout since I was doing 45 minutes-hour 6-7 days a week burning an average of 1,000 calories a day. I thought it would take at least a couple of months to get to this point. Today was cardio day. I did 20 minutes of yogilates to stretch and get warmed up, then 10 minutes of bootcamp cardio followed by 10 minutes of cardio kickboxing, then 12 minutes low impact cardio. She was on a diet last year and she did great-- I think she lost about 70 lbs. I was so proud and so happy for her. I bought a bunch of them at the beginning of the week because I wanted to eat mostly fruits and vegetables with some grain and lean meat. Plus bananas have lots of potassium which is great for muscle cramps and they also help lower your blood pressure. I have cut up a banana to add to my cereal for breakfast every morning-- half a banana if I also add fresh strawberries. But it's the end of the week and I am left with 2 reall...
