There are just some days where it really hits me so hard! I decided to go for a walk because sometimes that helps. As I was walking early this morning I could really feel Mom's spirit wit... Wed, 17 Jun 2009 12:56:42 EST Goal Setting I read a great book recently by Tom Venuto called The Body Fat Solution.
