I went home for x-mas and didn't eat great but wasn't too terrible either - ran almost everyday though to offset that. I was able to enjoy the holidays w/the family and didn't put on any weight. I even got up Christmas morning at 5am and ran. I feel so much better about everything. I injured my foot there and haven't been able to exercise per doc. I did well all week at work and home with my eating. This will be the first weekend and I will need to make sure I stay focused as to not loose the forward progress. I am hoping to get some light exercise in that won't aggrevate the foot.
