I miss the freedom and the feeling of being young that it gives you. Mon, 25 Aug 2014 13:53:15 EST challenge day today is the challenge of wii boxing between my husband, son and myself, 2 out of 3 matches. the loser of the first round boxes the third person, the person who wins that one will play the winner of the first match . I think that's a fair way to play it. then the winner gets a prize just not sure what it is yet. lol but it will be fun no matter what anyway. other then that I took yesterday off. I didn't even go for my walk. but that's ok I will make up for it by doing some dance time. today... Sat, 23 Nov 2013 17:39:52 EST second day blues Well yesterday was the second day of restricting our eating to a proper plan, but I was up until 3 am feeling hungry and not being able to sleep. I finally had to get up and eat something, then finally went to sleep. hoping to night will be better. only got 6 hours of sleep, but it's enough to keep me going for the day. <img src=""> see me going to do more of this tonight. lol wish me luck. hubby took this while I was just starting to wak... Wed, 20 Nov 2013 13:43:30 EST Moved and now back at it I moved so things got derailed and I lost interest in everything. to much work and worry over the move, but I am back to try again. what ever I lost before I gained back. so I am starting from square one. my family and I are competing for 8 weeks, all you have to do is exercise for 30 min's a day you choose the activities. you mark it down , weigh in yourself to keep track of weight goals. every two weeks we get together over internet or phone, call are markers in and see who has the most min... Tue, 1 Jan 2013 13:20:59 EST Awww Heck after I started back up I was doing fine for awhile then wham, back went I waited 3 days for it to go back to somewhat normal before I went to the chiropractor. but the pain just kept getting worse so broke down called my doctor, he put me on steriod pills for the next 10 days. get the inflamation down if that don't help he's talking getting more x-rays done and then if needed talk about surgery. but I am 2 days into the pills and things are already starting to get better so that's a good sig... Mon, 8 Oct 2012 13:00:20 EST The next 9 days I have started a some what vacation. my husbands out hunting and my son is working in another town. So for the next 9 days (unless something changes) I have the house to myself. the peace and tranquility that I long for is here. Now I just have to figure out what to do with myself. due to limitations because of surgery I can't do much of anything. so even cleaning is limited . no lifting, no pushing, no dragging or pulling. lol I will just have to take it one day at a time. <BR> <BR> Day 1.... Sat, 6 Oct 2012 12:16:51 EST First check up I am hoping the doctor gives me clearance to go back to some what a normal activity, Even though I know I will not be able to life anything yet. but something has to be better then just sitting here. It seems every time I start to exercise I start bleeding. This endometriosis is hard to live with; Surgery is set for the 13th of this month. So I have had to take things easy and I'm not really losing weight either. but I'm not gaining. Even walking bothers my stomach area. so I do what I can with out going over board. but so far it does not seem to be enough, I just keep telling myself soon this part will be over with and then after recovery ... Mon, 3 Sep 2012 00:23:06 EST Results of the challenge Well neither one of us lost our 5lbs. I actually gained 2lbs back. We had some road blocks but the challenge is held over for another week. I still lost 3lbs. so that's good, but I didn't meet my weekly goal of 5 lbs that I had set for myself. but that's ok. Not bad at all. The farthest I have gone on bike is 10 miles. some of that was walking. I have a 18 speed bike now so I'm hoping to be able to go farther. but thus so far that's remains in the future. Thanks Mon, 9 Jul 2012 15:04:37 EST Back up and at it Had to spend a few days in bed again, that time of the month. not too many days of pain this time. went for my first shot, but nothing will change until next month when I go for my second shot. so my belly is still big, kind of wondering what it will look like after surgery. how much of this weight is due to my uterus. the shots are suppose to help with the swelling, but like I said won't change anything until after the second shot. <BR> <BR> So I exercise when I can and do some ab work when... Sun, 1 Jul 2012 14:49:48 EST Was lost, Now found It has been over a month since I have left a blog. I have found out that I will have to have a hysterectomy done. But I have to have 2 shots first that will put me into a false menopause to make sure that's where my pain is coming from. Had some blood work done found out the results yesterday. seems i'm positive for a factor 5; which has to do with , veins thrombosis. deep vein blood. I will have problems with blood clots during my life if I lay around too much and they are worried about it... I did my walk/ bike ride this morning 5.10 miles, my tush is sore, my legs burn and my low back wanted to give out after I was done. but I feel great mentally. I know tomorrow I will not be able to do the walk/bike so I will go back to just my walk and hit the 2.86 mile route. Also do some other type of exercise while I am home. or maybe do a dance; course I could save that for Saturday, I heard that I might have the house to myself... Fri, 18 May 2012 01:26:17 EST Exciting day of a new week I did my weigh in this morning and the scale surprised me by showing a 4lbs loss. Finally it's beautiful weather out here in washington state. I got off my tush this morning after breakfast of egg whites and yogurt. and went for a 2.46 mile walk., was awesome. the only downer was my boots I wear put a blister on my foot (2nd time) so I went out this afternoon and bought some new shoes. I have been in bed for about 4 days, weak and exhausted. trying to get my energy back. I have problems with Pms. thinking of having it all taken out, tired of the terrible pain I go thru each month. I don't function well during those times. I'm on pain meds for it. and they make me sleep, only to wake up to pain and take more pills and start all over again, it'...
