I did one of the "walk away the pounds" one mile workouts. <BR> The warm-up had me breathing heavy and feeling I wanted to go sit back down... But I forced myself to finish the 15 min (1 mile ) video! My legs and thighs and hips were Burningggg! But somehow I did it. Lol. <BR> I walk with hubby latel... I am back on atkins, down 6 pounds at least this week. drinking my water, watching my carbs and calories, trying to get off what i put back on as quickly as possible. i can already tell a difference , almost all my stomache is gone...bigg difference. <BR> Sleeping better and am even exercising like a half hour walking on weekdays after i send the kids to school. am proud of my self. looking forward to next month to see how my progress has gone. <BR> <BR>... I also started adding some more food. Today...get on the scale and am up a pound and half. Dammet i know our weight flexuates but still is so nice to see it inching down each day. lol I know i am under my calories always. no sugar, carbs are a little over... ok sometimes in the 40s but still i think i should be losing. <BR> <BR> i know on atkins induction i am supposed to keep the carbs under 20 but with kids munching and the smell of the funyans whaftin...
