It is amazing what portion size and cutting back can do. I did not starve myself. I just made many healthy choices. I have confidence I will do it. I take it one meal at a time, one snack at a time, one day at a time, 1 week at a time. Sat, 8 Dec 2012 12:00:38 EST Here I go again. I have made changes this week. I started December 1st. I have had no soda or fruit drinks. I have gone to the gym once. LOL it's a start. I have been drinking plenty of water and eating healthy. I am excited to weigh in on this coming Saturday. One thing I do need to learn is how to deal with cravings. Today I had a sweet tooth so I had an ice cream cone. It was so good. I am allowing myself each week to have 1 desert, breakfast, lunch and dinner of my choosing so I won't feel depr... Thu, 6 Dec 2012 16:36:40 EST New Year, New Me!!!! I have been back on the wagon for 1 week now and I have lost 3 pounds. I am so happy. I have learned to take it one day at a time. I have been drinking water only. Yes!! I have given up soda, tea and fruit punch. I love sweet drinks. I had to go cold turkey. I eat a lot more fruits and veggies now. I now need to fit exercise into my busy schedule.
