Fri, 21 Feb 2014 14:05:13 EST BTS - Acceptance and Obstacles http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5620602 I never managed to do my blog on acceptance last week so I am adding it in today. Most of you know that I have been in maintenance mode for quite some time. My weight fluctuates within the same 5 pounds depending on my exercise levels, stress levels and frequency of meals at home. I know, and need to accept, that my healthiest is weight is right where I am at because when I get lower, I tend to get sick easier. Tue, 7 Feb 2012 21:33:31 EST Tuesday Success http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4727688 Many of you know I'm a scrapbooker and I'm doing a scrapbooking organization challenge. Every Tuesday there is a webisode to listen to regarding the weeks assignment to get organized. I only half did last weeks assignment. So I cleared off half of the ping pong table and put my organization sheets down so I could go organize at a moments notice. I should have done this a while ago. <BR> <BR> I'm going to spend some time in there tonight! I was lacking enthusiasm. The good news is that I got off my butt and did it. <BR> <BR> Now I wish my husband was home so I could go run out of the house and scream. Why my children are fighting over pencils I don't know. I feel like I had the wind knocked out of me. Sun, 5 Feb 2012 23:29:19 EST
