I got way off track for a long time and gained a LOT of weight. I decided to finally change my life FOR GOOD! I just under 3 months I have lost 35 pounds! Today I was trying on dresses, and it felt great when I could comfortably fit into a 2x dress! I have had a wonderful day today with Will. &#9829; We went to the YMCA for Aqua Zumba, I got a new swim suit, we went to the Zoo, and had a cemetery picnic. It has been a fantastic day. For Breakfast we had 2 egg omelettes with lots of veggies for breakfast. We had 8 inch mini pizzas for lunch (only 220 calories!!!). We made them with 8in" whole wheat tortilla shells, tomato paste, very little cheese, and lots of veggies! Overall a very productive, good day today! <BR> <BR> I forgot to ment... Sat, 21 Jul 2012 17:17:51 EST Healthy Smoothies. :D Today with breakfast I made fresh fruit smoothies. I added raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, plain yogurt, frozen orange concentrate and water. It turned out incredible. EXTREMELY healthy! :D For 12 ounces it was only 63 calories, and we got a TON of nutrients. :) I am glad I was able to find the raspberries so CHEAP. I found them for $1.00 per 6 ounces. It was only a short shift, but it felt nice to be working again, since I had been gone for 3 days. After work I went the the Y and did quit a bit of exercising.
