I have never struggled so much as of lately on getting out of bed to get my workouts in. My alarm will go off and I will sit and argue with myself about how I can fit it in later in the day. Luckily I have stuck to my word and completed my workouts but it has sure made life more hectic!! I decided to sleep in 30 minutes extra today and thought I could still get my workout in and I did but I was running around the house like a chicken with my head cut off!! Workouts were not what I really wanted this weekend but not to bad. Sunday I ran my first 10K ever and you can see from my previous post how that went <em>104</em> . We went out of town on Saturday all day with my husbands team to Kansas City so eating out was off plan a little but no too bad. I just love this program and it has helped me so much. Tue, 14 Dec 2010 10:35:36 EST Starting BFL Day 1 Ok I'm going to try this again. I did this program almost 3 years ago now and IT WORKS!!! I really don't have weight to lose but I have inches to lose. I loved how my body looked when I finished BFL the last time. I've also found that I need a program to follow so I'm going to try this again. With it being so cold outside it will be nice to hit the gym more rather than going outside so here goes nothing. I had a great run no pain at all and ended up with a finish time of 26.56. I tied for 3rd in my age division and if I was 30 seconds faster I would have won 2nd place!! I was very please with that. I ended up staying until the full marathon was over b/c I wanted to see all of the members of the running group come through. I was so proud of everyone they did so good!! Well Sunday is the half marathon that I signed up for back in June but because of my injury I backed it off to just doing the 5K. I have felt all kinds of emotions with this from failure to just anger but I'm finally at peace with it all. I joined a running group back in August and they have just been amazing. You can go to and take an initial test to see how many squats you can do without fail then you follow this chart and do that 3 times a week. I did weigh in today and my weight is exactly the same 110.4 but that's about it. I have great weekdays of eating clean but the weekends it's like all breaks lose. Not sure what is going on there. I have started to track every bite of food that goes into my mouth for the past week (except for the weekends b/c I don't have internet access) but it has really opened my eyes. I feel so much better when I get up and work out in the mornings but by the time I get off of work I'm pretty much worthless. I'm just so tired.
