I always make big goals for myself even if it seems very unattainable at the time I make it. When I do this, I always achieve them. I have achieved so much career wise, fitness and diet wise and attitude wise since I decided to change my life back on July 12, 2008.

The quote that I read today in Burn the Fat Feed The Muscle expresses how I feel about setting small goals...

"Thinking about a big goal you've never achieved befo... I didn't use the 3lb weights so I'm going to take it back. I think I'm OK with the 5lbs each. Doing those Lying Down Chest Flys with 5lb weights is hard. Doing Anterior Dumbell Raises w/ Lateral Lunges with 5lb weights is NOT easy after coming up from Lying Down Chest Flys...whew.

I'm also getting better with my modified push...
