I feel amazing. I am not sure what to expect with this. I don't know how to calculate calories burned but it shows what it thinks I burn...then I put it (time on the elliptical) in here and its almost doubled calories burned. We got it put together last night and this morning I did one of the preset workouts. 20 minutes... it shows 926 distance (no clue what that means) and I burned 229 calories. I didn't have to put in my weight so how does it know that is all i burned? I am trying to do some research and figuring but I am having no luck. On my fitness log I put 20 minutes on elliptical and it shows 419 calories burned. I am just a tad confused. I hadn't played ar... The muscle was so tight that the dip on the side of my leg was pooch out. I do my stretches and walk slow at first but it still hurts so bad that i have to stop often and stretch while walking. It's rather aggravating and just wondering if anyone has any other ideas for stretches.
