I have been stuck at 196.4 for sometime now. I have finally busted the plateau. I have been very consistent with my workouts, but I have increased the protein in my diet which seems to be helping. The instructor was nice and he made me feel ok with my lack of upper body strength. Using a very large green strap, I was able to eeek out 3 pull ups and 3 tricep dips. I know that efforts cannot be defined by the numbers on the scale, but I have been working out hard for awhile and have not seen much change. I joined weightwatchers and lost 6 pound, my friend lost 15 and she doesn't work out. I remember when my weight creeped up to 194, then 198, 202 and finally 206.
