Even when I go "way over" calorie count, I'm at somewhere between 1700 and 1800 calories (should be closer to 1550). And yes, I stay at or above my initial weight -- zero weight loss in years. I find that it is SO easy to count the same foods and wind up with wildly different calorie counts! How many calories in a slice of cheese pizza? I think I understand that cravings are a desire to eat a particular food or a great deal of food without necessarily feeling physical hunger.
