Sat, 7 Jul 2012 13:23:30 EST Tired From Prom Aftermath http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4958168 I've had a bit of a lazy day today, stayed in bed til 7.30, but had a healthy breakfast then took the dog for his morning walk, ran some errands that have been needing my attention for some time. <BR> <BR> Been so tired today, so I had an afternoon kip, after the aftermath of my daughters prom, running around like a headless chicken all week, being woke up by a phone call at 10pm last night to say she wanted me to pick her up from outside of school at 12.45am, then bringing her back to mine... Thu, 5 Jul 2012 13:45:42 EST Keeping Muscles Warm http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4955362 I am a person that doesn't like to wear a jacket or a jumper when I'm exercising or afterwards when I'm all hot and bothered but my hubby said it's not good to go uncovered after doing any kind of exercise as this can cause injury or strain to muscles as they start to cool down to quickly, how true is this? <BR> <BR> I don't know a lot about exercising the pros' and cons' of warming up and cooling down, I stretch before and afterwards as this stops my muscles from hurting too much later or...
