My husband and I are both tracking so that's very encouraging for me. I like having a partner. We both need to lose around 20-30 lbs. <img src=""> Wed, 22 Oct 2014 23:37:31 EST Great day! Great day today. Started out by cutting down some of my neighbors overgrown aloe plant and transplanting into my yard. It's great because the plants are FREE! I just had to do the hard work of digging holes and planting. I'm up to thirteen minutes on the elliptical, so that's a big deal for me. Later on in the afternoon I walked my dog in the neighborhood for a little over a mile. We took a drive to Half Moon Bay, which is 30 minutes from Hayward, along the Pacific Ocean. We had lunch and shopped at a few shops in the downtown. It was a fun day. First day out since last Sunday. I came down with a cold/cough/asthma and was out of it for a while. I feel a lot better today. It feels good to almost be back to normal. Today I went to a colonoscopy consultation. My first one ever. I've put this off for eight years. So my colonoscopy will be done in mid May so it gives me about a month to mentally prepare. I'm not looking forward to the fasting. Tomorrow I plan on going for a early morning hike depending on the weather. Have a great weekend... I think I'm back to normal and I will be going for a walk tomorrow.
