About a week ago, before I read the article on sleep in SparkPeople, someone told me that taking folic acid might help me sleep better. I started taking it and almost immediately I was sleeping through the night and not waking up at 2:30 or 3:00 a.m. A month before that a friend told me that sometimes taking my multivitamin, calcium, and omega three capsule right before I went to bed could improve my sleep....
