It has helped that my chiro is wanting me to cut sugar and flour from my eating but he has also wanted me not eating fruit cuz of the sugar content... I will be dog sitting and housesitting and grandson sitting... that will be the fun part. <BR> <BR> So am trying to cook some meals ahead so I can leave food here for the hubby and dd plus take some with me so I don't ahve to do much cooking while I am there. I have gone for a walk earlier this afternoon. WEnt to the chiropractor this morning. My knees are a little less inflamed and then come home to have some company. I had a starbucks coffee and fit it into my program for the day. Bought a chocolate cupcake there and gave it to my dd who is so skinny you can hardly see her shadow when she turns sideways. Thought I would walk to the mail box and the grocery store as I needed to pick a few things up. <BR> <BR> 25 min. walk there. and ohhh did I pick up a few things. mainly healthy items which weigh more than the unhealthy. <BR> <BR> It took me 30 min. to walk home. Not to bad. <BR> <BR> I then went for about a 40 min. walk. It has turned chilly again this week. Another artic front coming in. We are blest in that we dont' get the snow just the cold and wind.
