I do have a plan to pack some healthier snacks. It helps that sugar causes inflammation which I certainly don't need. When I add it to my plan I have so much more knee pain... doing this has really helped me be aware of how different drinks and foods especially sugary desserts affect my body... so I need to be smart about this.... I caved for a peanut butter square... it was rich and gave me a headache... so won't be doing that again any time soon... back to square one tomorrow... Fri, 2 Aug 2013 00:06:12 EST June 3/13 Well, I am into this spring challenge and still pretty motivated... although I fell off the wagon and under it the last couple of days i did eat healthier for supper... It has helped that my chiro is wanting me to cut sugar and flour from my eating but he has also wanted me not eating fruit cuz of the sugar content... Probably because I wasn't home... was house and dog sitting at my son and dil's... so I went to curves 4 times that week and walked the dogs for almost an hour ever day for 5 days out of the 7 I was there.
