I have made a few goals in my life, some I've met, others have fallen to the wayside. I decided to make 4 Smart goals to begin the month of August. Actually I started Thursday but here they are. <BR> <BR> 1. Lose 3 pounds in 2 weeks. First of all, I have to buy a new scale. My scale changes weight every time I step on it! I am actually feeling good about walking up the stairs and waking up early to exercise. I remember reading a young lady's blog a few months ago. She stated that she was happy about purchasing some gym shoes so that she could continue exercising in the morning. Although I have paid more attention to the foods I've eaten, I am still eating more than I should. I have been consuming more sweets and did have fast food one day this week.
