Im actually so proud of myself for that one! I think I cut my own feet out from under myself so many times by going on a 'diet' instead of approaching my weight loss as a lifestyle change. Go figure. But I won't give up. I have a long way to go but it is good to see some progress, and my recent move to a new state I think was good for me.
