My workout today will only consist of my walk to and from my car which is about a least it's something. But i have been eating very clean and cooking ahead so im not eating fast food. Im actually so proud of myself for that one! I worked a double shift yesterday and didnt sleep i gained a little. that seems to always happen when im sleep deprived. today i'll get my regular sleep and food and exercise so hopefully ill see a change. after years of working nights, its amazing what a difference regular sleep makes to your body! Fri, 21 Jun 2013 09:04:30 EST One day at a time! Well, all the start and stops and slow progress....but i've lost a total of 46 pounds over the last year! So proud of myself...but still a ways to go. But now my outlook is so different. I think I cut my own feet out from under myself so many times by going on a 'diet' instead of approaching my weight loss as a lifestyle change. So I finally started losing a little and working out more consistently following some of the spark principles and then I got this horrible gastroenteritis and haven't been able to workout much or even handle much in the way of solid food since a week ago! Go figure. But I won't give up. I have a long way to go but it is good to see some progress, and my recent move to a new state I think was good for me.
