Oh, and I've been tracking my food all week. I eat alot less calories than what I thought, but, I make up more than enough in sugary drinks. So, I'm trying to cut out Dr Pepper. That's my main sugary drink. I've been drinking 20 oz all week (except today.....) and I've been avoiding headaches for the most part.
