Sun, 5 Jan 2014 20:27:59 EST BEST WEEK in about 3 years - 4.3 lbs DOWN http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5543933 Checking against MyFitnessPal, I was 2500 kcal’s (for the week) under the low calorie limit I put for myself (2200 kcal’s/day, plus a bit more depending on exercise), and during this 7 day period I lost 4.3 lbs. Add that to the previous weeks 3.1 and that’s a total of 7.4 lbs in about a fortnight.

I don’t really want to let up on the exercise, therefore I can afford to eat a bit more and still lose at least two pound this week.
