Yesterday I felt really energized most of the day. I had my grocery list ready and left school at a decent time to go grocery shopping and get home at a decent time. This is something I've tried to do repeatedly over the last year. I did go an entire month with no sweets about a year ago when my daughter was doing the month-long fastings, so I did it with her. <BR> <BR> The reasons I want to cut back on sugar: <BR> 1.
