That leaves just 6lbs of the regain to tackle, then I'll be on my way again. <BR> <BR> 283 this morning, and would love to say that I'm under 275 (even if it's just 274) by the end of summer. <BR> <BR> 9lbs to go to meet that mini goal, and there are about 7 weeks until Labor Day, so that might be possible to do. <BR> <BR> Also, I've been wearing my Fitbit just about every day for nearly 2 years now, and purposely didn't put it on today, just to see how it feels not... Sat, 12 Jul 2014 10:30:45 EST No more honey bbq chips or Reese's minis--I'm up 8 pounds I was going along fine, until I hit a patch of big stress lately. "Big stress" means my eating gets terrible, very willy-nilly, and I find myself not giving a hoot. <BR> <BR> Part of that stress has eased now, enough for me to step back and see what it's been doing to my weight management. (It's been wrecking it.) <em>39</em> <BR> <BR> So...284.6 today, might as well round up to 285. <BR> <BR> I had hit a low of 277 earlier this spring, but it didn't stick, so that's 8 pounds up.
