BECKYF3506's SparkPeople Blog BECKYF3506's Blog on SparkPeople, home of free diet plans and a healthy living community Had to reset my goal for getting under 250 I was all excited about being able to get under 250 by my birthday this summer, or shortly afterwards, but I found that to do that, my calories had to be low enough to make me feel like I'm on a "diet", and that doesn't work for me, so I reset the calories to lose only a half-pound a week instead of one pound a week. <BR> <BR> It'll take me a few months longer to reach my under-250 goal, but at least I won't feel like my calories are all used up by lunch time! <em>224</em> Wed, 16 Mar 2016 14:40:32 EST New goal: under 250 by 60 Happy March! <BR> <BR> I've come up with a new goal for myself.
