Today is Monday, Motivational Monday that is! <BR> <BR> This week at a glance: <BR> I'm working 3-1130pm this week until Friday which will be 8-5 ( boy I maybe exhausted, but took off sat to regroup with the boyfriend) <BR> <BR> <BR> Today- I ran/walked 2.25 miles (ran 1 lap, walked 1 lap) few weeks at this and I'll increase. <BR> <BR> Tues- 915 spin, begin moving things... Mon, 21 Apr 2014 22:02:42 EST getting over the hump... So today's a change of pace.. no babysitting... working at the hospital... today's hours are 7-330 different from my 8-5 usual hours. It's amazing what a difference working in a public environment can do (for me at least) with my diet and mood. a typical day is : roll out of bed at 7:10 leave by 7:30ish- get to work at 8:10ish... usually in gym clothes and no makeup.. hair ontop of my head... my food is all prepped in fridge with coffee and vitamins set up for the day.. I can give myself th... Wed, 12 Jun 2013 10:16:00 EST Healthy It's amazing to me that how much one can change in a year or even in months. A year ago, my diet was HORRIBLE I ate stopped at dunkin donuts in the morning for a medium coffee with syrups (but used Splenda) and occasionally ate a breakfast sandwich or muffin... I'd order out lunch wings or chicken ceasar salad and more fast food for dinner paneras Mac and cheese with bread, Wendy's , McDonald's and not healthy choices either. Fast forward to now... I still love the above but I hardly eat any ... April my wonderful boyfriend and I are going to Vegas! No specific date yet due to his work schedule but we are going! SO excited. <BR> <BR> In prep for Vegas. I bought the Weight Watchers Active Link... I'm almost done with the week one next week watch out gym... Mon, 25 Feb 2013 19:45:18 EST week one reflections I caved last week and decided to join back to Weight Watchers, I think I need the accountability of weigh-in's at this point. So I weighed in at 177 back to my high school weight :( but I took the right steps by getting back in control by rejoining. <BR> <BR> SO this past week had a few moments were I let myself not stay on track but regained control the next day.. SO i'm 6 days late. whatever :-P better late than never to say it..right? well with most things in the past few years, I've been "late with" or late to or even late planning. I decided to do my annual "I WILL LOSE WEIGHT THIS YEAR!" like every other american. Though this time it's a tad different. I feel it. I feel like i'm finally ready. Almost Friday!! And it's been almost a month since I last blogged I know I said I'd blog daily but my schedule hasn't allowed for me to yet.. but I will. I find that I'm in denial sometimes that I need to eat good and workout to be in good shape like I was.... I'm not naturally like that and even most people naturally on the thinner hard at what they have. BUT with my type of body..
