I have been exercising <em>311</em> .. finding that if I do it in the morning for just 15 mins it'll jumpstart my day.. on my breaks I walk again but with weights.. I just need to do the same on the weekends I clean a lot and help out with my husband on our garden but the step counter is not counting in.. I am learning to prepare my meals ahead of time breakfast and dinner.. on weekends I do batch cook... Things I have notice: I have notice that I want to do squeeze is any type of exercise because I WILL NOT have it as an excuse that I did not have time.. I did not know how out of shape I am , this will get me in shape. You know I like this it is really motivating me to be active .
