Our tourbus ticket wasn`t valid anymore, so we took the metro to “Piazza della Spagna” that is where the Spanish steps are. I should have known that this was an omen for the day. That is the good thing in Rome, there are fountains with drinking water all over the city. If it is not mentioned otherwise, you can drink it without any concerns. Therefore you have to know, that a normal breakfast in Italy is a caffe (espresso) and a cigarette ;-)) Just softies add a brioche, which is kind of a croissant. <BR> <BR> So this breakfast was a buffet consisting of some varieties ...
