I'm doing well on my 28 day Bootcamp Challenge. I've been consistent and am now on my third week. Yeah! I'm really starting to feel the effects of a healthier lifestyle. I feel more energized, younger, stronger and healthier. <BR> <BR> My one struggle would be diet. Some of the points I'm already doing such as drinking 8 glasses of water a day. I've also been making sure to eat more lean protein in my meals and snacks. Snacks are no longer junk. The action plan given for the first week includes adding a "before" photo to your Spark page and setting goals of what I hope to get out of the challenge. <BR> <BR> I posted a "before" picture. We both knew we needed to add exercise into our routine...both for health and weight. I saw Sparkpeople on-line and clicked our of curiosity. I am amazed at what I've found. I actually joined January 16th. Since that time, I've tracked our walks, read blogs and articles and participated in the surveys and quizzes. I've also lost 5 pounds!
