I wrote yesterday that I was suprised that I didn't walk that much at work. For now my goal is 6000 steps. They had a bread made with no gluten and no grain. I LOVED it. I had three small pieces with butter. It was such a treat. I got scared and started taking my pills again. Which of course made me sick. I gained 3 pounds in 2 days. <BR> <BR> My blood was 95 in the morning. I have been told by my doctor, and have done a lot of research and the best way to combat the Hasimoto's is to get rid of carbs in my diet.
