I was just a pound above where I started. So, I may not have been as good as I wanted to be over the weekend but it sure is progress! In theory, it is just water weight because I still haven't gotten into the habit of drinking more water on the weekends. We won 6-0 in our first game but I won some pounds due to many unneccessary calories.
