Today is my DD..Keeping it at a very minimum. Wanted to water fast again, but I got a little lightheaded with exercise, so I decide to have an energy bar. <BR> <BR> I couldn't be happier though..YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS Mon, 7 Sep 2009 10:37:46 EST Fasting success! Yessss..I did it. First WF ever and I'm feeling good. I kinda wanna do it another day, but don't want to go on overkill. So I'll stick to my UD tomorrow and another fast on Saturday. I stayed under 500 cals and still managed to stay alive! lol <BR> <BR> I'm on my first UD now, and I'm now not very hungry. I had a banana for breakfast with a little bit of pb. I have an addiction to those 2 things, *sigh*. <BR> <BR> I'll keep track today to see how I do. <BR> <BR> The crappy thing though, is that I don't have a scale right now. Argh! I only have one more session left with her, but she has taught me soooo much! I'm so glad that I went through with this. I made sure to advertise for Spark as well lol. <BR> <BR> She took my measurements and weight (yuck!) and explained some things about each workout machine.
