I lost a pound while away I ate well had some desserts but walked everywhere. I lost another 1.25 pounds this week. I am just 1.5 pounds from my goal weight. <em>244</em> ... Sun, 21 Apr 2013 20:53:23 EST London calling I will be leaving today for London Scotland and Paris. I am so blessed and excited to be going. I have never been out of North America. I am also nervous because I won't have my laptop and my meals and fitness won't be planned out like I usually do. I have worked so hard I hope to at least maintain my weight while I am gone. I used to think that people who ate healthy and liked to exercise were some mutant breed with special genes that I would never have. But who knew I have become one of those people. In that time frame I have made alot of changes. I've lost 6.6 pounds I have went from 27.4% body fat to 25.5%. My BMI went from 26.1 to 25.1, 0.1 short of being at a healthy weight and no longer overweight. I joined Spark Coach and haven't missed a day. Well thanks to all my Spark friends who gave me support & got me to think of other things to focus on than the scale. I kept doing my fitness plan, I added sodium to my nutrition tracker and kept focused on my goals. So today I lost 3.7 pounds first time below 163lbs in years. But last night was at a Xmas party with some work friends. I was getting ready and I have about 10 pairs of pants that I can't fit into that I keep on the shelf . On a whim I grabbed a pair of DKNY size 8 skinny jeans and they fit. OMG I haven't fit into them since 2007. But now it is a challenge I meet almost daily, I look forward to fitness, By telling my self I only have to do 10 minutes I have been exercising daily but most days it is an hour or so.
