When I visit I am tempted to stop on the way home to get an unhealthy snack like fries, chicken nuggets etc. Wrong fats poor or little protein no fiber and wrong grains. He listens , he is proactive , asking me about my rosaecea and suggesting treatment to better controlit. He explained liver function results and tests he ordered. He is the best doctor I have ever gone to. He is positive and attentive. I feel more optimistic about getting the type of support that will help me improve my health. I believe that cutting way back on refined grains and switching saturated fats for more omega 3 fats is helping me. It would be nice to start to see a weigh loss but hopefully hat will follow.
