My throat is all scratchy ,my nose has been running, my head hurts, and I'm starting to get a fever. On top of that I have slacked off on my diet not in a major way but in a way I don't like. When this cold passes I plan on getting back to business. I haven't even stepped on a scale because I'm afraid I gained the few pounds back that I lost <em>39</em> . Hopefully I'll feel better next week and will be able to go to the gym. Not going this wee... Now week 2 has started and I think I'm actually going to make it through the week even though its only Tuesday I feel like I'm actually going to keep up my gym routine but we shall see. It actually felt good to workout again I thought I was going to hate it because i felt lazy after being on winter break for a month and basically doing absolutely nothing. My workout music kept me going and I just got fell into some type of zone. The plan is to go 4 days out the week. I don't really want to set I schedule but I think I should.
