I eat 2 snacks, but I noticed final snack totals look blank. I have been following Sparks eating plan and right away I noticed I do not eat enough. The food plan has also put together some great meals I would have not come up with. I do not eat enough healthy fats which has been corrected. I am the mother of a 10 and 6 year old and having someone else to design my correct calorie and portions is great. Well my peers from work have not seen me in 6 months we all work from home they were shocked when I showed up. Sometimes others can judge your new body better than I can. Everyone wanted to know what pill I was taking or what my exercise program consist of? I reminded them the last time you guys saw me I was working at the gym hard. Took me years but I know realize my attitude towards hating exercise started when I was a child. I always loved the arts and hated any type of sports. I know realize how can you hate a sport when you have not been encouraged to try. See now that I am a mother I realize it is not about how well my child plays the sport but the benefits of teamwork, learning something new and most of all the exercise.
