It was not as bad. My husband decided to join me but he quit after 10 minutes. But of course those first 10 minutes I gave it all I had so I would not be lazy in front of him.

I really enjoy the workouts. I do feel a lot better when I am done working out. I just need to learn how to clean up my diet. I am really at the point where I am not sure what to eat. I am trying to cut out eating so much processed f... I think this is the hardest of all the workouts in the series. But I did make it thru it to the end. Modifying a lot of it. I am determine to be able to complete this workout without much modifications by the end of the five weeks of the Alpha phase.

My results at the end of my first of T25 is I have lost 3 inches of belly fat which is great for me. I can't wait to see my results at the end of these 30... Wed, 18 Jun 2014 09:09:57 EST T25 Day 4 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5717077 Today was day 4 and the work out was focusing on the core. My core needs a lot of work after having two kids within three years. But I was able to complete the workout with much struggle. I am grateful for the modifiers to help me when I am unable to complete a exercise. I can't wait to see how much stronger I am in 30 days compared to where I am now.

Have a good weekend.

Fri, 13 Jun 2014 09:03:59 EST T25 Day 3 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5716318 Oh My Goodness... day 3 was a little brutal. I had to do a lot of the modifier exercises mainly because I can't hold a full plank. The competitive side of me wants a do over for this workout as I clearly think it won the battle on today. I think because it was so hard that I did not give it my best shot. So since I feel that way I will be going to the gym this afternoon for a workout. I really want to do that workout over again... so I may be doing it again on tomorrow morning before moving ... Thu, 12 Jun 2014 08:40:02 EST T25 Day 2 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5715567 Speed 1.0 is complete. This workout was a little bit harder for me today. I think I was not fully awake when I started it. But I did complete it. The back of my legs are a bit sore today so doing some of the kick moves were challenging. I was thinking the workouts were going to be more focus on strength training but they seem to be cardio focus. Which is fine for me I love a good cardio workout.

I need to get better with eating more fruits and vegetables. So that is my goal for... Wed, 11 Jun 2014 08:56:28 EST T25 Day 1 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5714802 I am 120 days away from helping my husband celebrate his 40th birthday in Jamaica. So today I have been my T25 challenge. I am using our vacation as a benchmark. I know that I will be at goal weight in 120 days but I want to challenge myself to at least be in better shape so that I can feel comfortable with putting on a swim suit on the beach. I know that if I work hard that I will feel more confident in how I look. I am using this blog to help keep me accountable to my workouts.

... Tue, 10 Jun 2014 08:58:24 EST Ready for the next change... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5662514 So now I have been working out consistently for a month. I am ready to add another change to my healthy living journey. I am an emotional eater. So even though I have working out on a regular basis, I eat all of the time. So I have decide to start tracking my food that I eat. Every morsel of it. This is not easy for me to do with my personality if I don't write it down then I don't have to be accountable for it. But we all know that is not true. So starting today I will start tracking my foo... Wed, 2 Apr 2014 10:24:59 EST 30 minutes a day http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5653263 Right now with my work schedule, juggling two kids, and with my husband working night shift, the only time I have to work out is about 30 minutes a day on my lunch breaks. I used to think that it was not worth going to gym if all I can get in is 30 minutes. So I would spend my lunch break eating, shopping or sleeping. None of which are very beneficial to my health. Then I would complain that I am not losing weight, feeling sad and depressed and just pure unhappy with how I look.

... Fri, 21 Mar 2014 13:36:45 EST
