Once my weight loss goal is reached I figure I will have a harder time keeping it off than losing it. I must re-educate myself and change both my husband and I's eating habits. My Goal is a bunch of mini-goals. My first goal two weeks ago was to get from 208.6 to 198. I am currently at 197 so that goal is met. I know that 11 pounds is too much weight to lose in 2 weeks but ... Thu, 7 Feb 2013 15:05:50 EST Last 2 weeks Three weeks ago I went in to see my psychiatrist and he told me that I needed to lose weight and explained he felt that weight loss would balance my hormones out. He thinks that it will help my thyroid, bipolar and ADD and make my life more manageable. He didn't tell me anything I didn't know! Leaving his office, I had no intentions to following his instructions. I have never felt in control enough to really diet and keep it off.
