It's not just Spark, it's with pretty much everything. <BR> I'm still eating right. No huuuge meals, or skipping meals, or downing a half dozen sodas a day, but also no tracking for now. <BR> Still exercising as well, minimum of 15 min a day, up to an hour a day. Still drinking 3-5 bottles of water a day. (that is around 6-10 8oz servings) <BR> Going Monday to see about a gym membership (brother's friend since highschool just bought out a small local gym... *maybe* 5 min from my house. weee?... I can set it up by the TV and don't even notice how long I've been on it if I don't set the timer. (I aim for 15 min a night, in addition to a walk every day.) <BR> <BR> 2- I am not made for jogging. Not that I mind this that much, but the movement that jogging requires, puts a *lot* of stress on my foot, which is bad. Even after I lose a log of weight, I will still not be a jogger. Sometimes I may forget to track a meal, but never again will I skip a whole day. <BR> <BR> 2- Chia seeds are fun to drink. I don't have them every day, but about every other, or every third day, I'll dump a tablespoon into one of my water bottles, add a squirt of lemon or lime juice, or a packet of Crystal Light Pink Lemonade and let them swell up, then drink it over the next couple of hours. <BR> This website has the nutritional info on them, but goo... I've had migraines for about 5 years now, in general about 1 a week or so, and not one Dr, nurse, or nutritionist has been able to say why.... /facepalm <BR> <BR> 2 - Too much fatty food makes me feel ill. Sat, 28 Jul 2012 21:14:24 EST Mixed up day Found out dad's kidney function is down to 17%, which is a 3% drop in about 4 months, he's going to have a fistula put in for dialysis in the next few weeks (with dialysis actually starting in about 3-4 months if it keeps to this rate) <BR> Brother is going to start taking every other Tues. to do Dr. appts with mom and dad as needed (or to do hospital duty if they put him in more than overnight for the fistula) <BR> I've lost nearly 7lbs since last Thursday, and have had way less migraines an...
