I will be honest when I first started this "journey" I was afraid I would fail like every other time and maybe lose 10 or 15 pounds, but with the help of my family, wonderful people here at sparks (especially the GREEN team), and strength only the Lord could provide I have come farther than I ever imagined. I have a wonderful husband who is always telling me I am attractive, but I just don't feel that way. I think that when I am doing something that is making me healthier (i.e. working out, eating healthier) I feel better about myself and that is one of the reasons I do it. If you aren't doing it at least a litt... Sat, 16 Feb 2008 11:56:16 EST
